Ahem.

Recently, a post was made on My Little Brony about an upcoming episode of South Park.

According to the post, the first episode of season 16 will be called My Little Brony, and it will lampoon the My Little Pony series. There is an actual IMDB page - I checked.

Last year, Matt and Trey, the creators of South Park, released a documentary. It's called Six Days to Air and is about the making of South Park. It's a fantastic, humorous documentary, and I highly recommend it. But for right now, take this central idea from it:

From initial idea conception to episode release is six days.

Six. Days.

As in...if the episode were to air March 14, 2012 (as this one supposedly is), then Matt and Trey wouldn't start working on it until TODAY. That's March 8, 2012, for those of who keeping score at home.

Yes, you read that correctly. They come up with the idea for the episode, write it, voice it, animated it, and get it to Comedy Central in six days.

In other words, this IMDB post is an epic piece of trolling. The information regarding the season premiere doesn't exist except in the offices of Matt and Trey.

However, I wouldn't put it past Matt and Trey to do something related to Ponies this season. After all, Ponies have kinda gone mainstream (sorry, hipsters), and South Park tends to keep up with trends. Thus, I would expect to see Ponies in this new season.

In the mean time...
